The proximity to attractions made it easy to explore. The shower pressure was inconsistent and could be improved, and I found the breakfast options limited as they needed to be ordered in advance.

The service was good, that made the hotel extremely comfy place. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was overall savoury and fresh made with hot egg options. The location was wonderful near cafes for breakfast, quite close to a semicircular terrace.

Good and delightful meals. Comfortable and decent location not far from the Royal Crescent and the Circus crescent, the pubs and restaurant in the evening, early check-in.

Double room had facilities you could need. Private bathrooms, that included a bathtub. Excellent service, even though a few employees were not so helpful. It was in the very central location near to shops and restaurants.

Good location. Great staff. Lovely room. Nice decor and very clean.
Shower was not very good - poor water pressure and temperature varied - sometimes too hot then cold.

Perfect stay for families!
The location was spot-on for exploring the city, super walkable to shops and restaurants. Our room was comfy and just the right size. We enjoyed a great breakfast every morning. They had an awesome outdoor dining area. Just wish the room had better views, but can't complain much!

The location offers easy access to nearby sites, with charming cafes and independent stores just moments away. The room was comfortable and featured elegant details, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast experience was disappointing, with poorly executed orders and mediocre coffee. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable dust and unkempt carpets.

Recommend for resting at all
Elegant room, comfortable bed, equipped with a tv for entertainment and an electric kettle for tea enjoyment after a day of exploration, conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the bus and main train stations.
Hard to think of anything without adding further information.

Wider staircases would improve accessibility for seniors.
